about victoria:
Born on the outskirts of the City of Pride and Purpose, Victoria has not strayed very far from home, once able to see the now leveled hospital that helped bring her into this world from the steps of her front porch.
Hailing from a city that was once seen as a place of new beginnings to many but is now often a target of obloquy, Victoria is all too familiar with that underdog feeling. It's now become one of her tenacious driving forces.
Music also keeps her going and it's rare for her to be seen without her ipod classic warding off the silence. Surrounded by a family of artists and musicians, Victoria found ways to express herself through various mediums of art including photography, mixed media visual journals, and those pesky mixed cds.
Though her creativity can be fleeting and more so secretive, art is an important outlet for Victoria, even if at first she doesn't believe she has the right tools. She's come to realize that the best way to get through this life is to make do and mend.
